Modules

THIS TOOL IS NOT SUPPORTED BY MICROSOFT CORPORATION. IT IS

WPS displays task, open file, and module information in
three tables:

The first table displays information on currently running
tasks: task name (NAME), task handle (hTask), parent
handle (hParent), count of pending messages (nEvents),
instance handle (hInst), version number (Version), and
executable name (Exe).

The second table displays information on open files: the
owner of the open file (Owner), the reference count
(Usage), the access mode (Access), the file attributes
(Attribs), the file size (FileSize) and the filename
(Filename). The file access modes are read-only (ro),
write-only (wo), read and write (rw), deny read and write
(drw), deny write (dw), deny read (dr), and denyn one
(dn). Under the Access heading, "i" indicates that the
child process inherits access mode. The file attributes
are read-only (R), hidden (H), system (S), volume (V),
directory (D), and archive (A).

The third table includes module information: module name
(Name), module handle (hModule), reference count (Usage),
version number (Version) and the executable file from
which the specified module was loaded (Exe).
